Many Pilots Often Asleep in The Cockpit, Why?

This research even states that one-third of these pilots also saw the co-pilot was asleep when he woke up. The survey of about 6,000 pilots in Europe also said that the pilots acknowledged that fatigue and sleepiness have lowered their ability to fly. However, 70-80 percent of this sleepy pilots not to report the situation, and declared himself fit to fly.
